This symposium is designed to appeal to sensory and consumer professionals who are looking for new ideas and knowledge to use in their research or work environment and would like opportunities to discuss current sensory issues with others working in the field.

Prerequisites

PRESENTING A TALK
If you are interested in doing a 20 minute talk on some of your own sensory and consumer research please advise us. We will do our best to accommodate anyone who wishes to speak; however, we only have limited slots for speakers to ensure enough discussion and question time.
